These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Lumi Business Supplier Referral Program (“the Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and all other applicable Lumi Business policies.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open exclusively to existing Lumi Business subscribers (“Business Owners”) who hold an active Lumi Business account. Each participant must be in good standing with Lumi Business at the time of referral.
2. Referral Criteria
A referral will be considered valid when:
- The invited supplier (“Referred Supplier”) signs up for Lumi Business using the Business Owner’s unique referral link and
- The Referred Supplier successfully subscribes to an active Lumi Business plan.
Lumi Business reserves the right to verify all referral activity to ensure compliance with these Terms.
3. Referral Reward
Upon a successful referral, the Business Owner will receive a referral credit (“Referral Credit”) which will be automatically applied to their Lumi Business account.
- The Referral Credit can only be used to offset future Lumi Business subscription payments
- The Referral Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred to another user or account.
- The Referral Credit cannot be used to purchase any other products, services, or items available on the Lumi platform.
4. Credit Accumulation and Redemption
Referral Credits will accumulate in the Business Owner’s account following each successful referral. Accumulated credits will be automatically applied to the next eligible subscription renewal or invoice. Credits not applied during the next billing cycle may be forfeited at Lumi Business’s discretion.
5. Program Modification or Termination
Lumi Business reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any unused or pending Referral Credits may be voided at the company’s discretion.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Lumi Business Supplier Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Lumi Business reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms as deemed appropriate.
