Why did I not receive points for my referral?

When you refer someone to sign up on Lumi, there are three steps that they must take for you to receive points for that referral. First, the person has to sign up with your referral link and referral code. After they have signed up, the second step is that they complete their own Profile Survey by filling in their names and other details.

Once the Profile Survey has been completed, the last step is to verify their identity by uploading a National Identity document which can be the National ID Card, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License. 

If you successfully referred someone to Lumi Rewards but the person does not complete all these 3 steps, you will not receive points for your referral. However, if the person completed all three steps but you did not receive points for your referral, do not worry. Simply send an email to Customerservice@enlumidata.com and your points will be credited to you.

You can check the status of the person you referred by going to Settings and selecting Referrals. There, you can know if your referrals have completed their Profile Surveys and verified their accounts. This way, you can also know those that have not completed all the steps, and then send a reminder encouraging them to do so. Once they complete all the requirements, you will receive your referral points.
