What can my team do with Lumi Business - Access Levels
Lumi business has different access level and permission controls given to each type of User.
We have the following access level on the Lumi business App
The owner permission role is for the person who creates the account or the business owner. The Owner permission level has no permission restrictions, It can carry out all activities on the Lumi business application without restrictions. The Owner has the access level to also add or remove other users at their discretion. The following are the actions Owners can take on the Lumi Business
View Dashboard and Analytics
Can view Transaction and Transfer History
Setup and Edit Loyalty Campaigns
View Inventory and Sales Point
Transfer Funds and Download Statement of Account
Settings and Settlement account settings
POS Request and Terminal Details
Reset Cashier Login Details
Tags Creation and Can Tag Transactions
Invite a member and assign sub accounts
Can Perform Card Transactions on POS terminals
Can carry out action on the Sales Point
The admin has similar role access to the owner, this permission access is for a senior and well trusted user in your business organization, The only thing the admin won't be able to do is to remove the Business owner, but he can practically do everything the Business owner can do.

The Business Manager role was created to simplify your business operations. This role was created for Operations and Accounting personnel in your organization who need to see to the day to day running of business activities, access to more information, but with limited actions, major activities on this role, requires approval from either of the Owner and Admin

Schedule Transfer (Request for transfer)

The Customer Support role is a supportive role and hence has limited access to the Lumi business, the following are the things users with this role access can do.
Can view Transaction History
Can view Transactions History on POS terminal
Can Perform Card Transactions on POS terminals
Can carry out action on the Sales Point
The Cashier role is generated whenever a new terminal request is approved by the operations or compliance department. This cashier has only access to the POS terminals
Can view Transactions and Transfer History on POS terminal
