Transfer on lumi business is only accessed and managed by either the owner, Admin(s) or Business manager. There are different roles played by each of the users. Only the owner and the Admin(s) can approve a transfer, the Business manger only have the access to initiate or request for a transfer while he/she awaits approval from the admin or the owner.
There are two ways transfer can made on Lumi Business App, here are the steps to follow to make transfer on the Lumi Business App:
A) From the dashboard which is the fastest.
1. Click on 'Transfer Funds' at the top right of the dashboard.
2. Fill out the overlay by the right with the bank account details you want the payments made to or select from your saved beneficiaries.
3. Finally, click on 'continue' to complete the transfer as an Admin and Owner or as a Business manager, 'continue' will submit the transfer for approval.
B) Transfer done from 'Payments'
1. Login to your Lumi Business account dashboard
2. Click 'Payments' on the left side of your dashboard
3. Click 'Transfers' from the subdivisions under payment
4. Click 'Transfer funds'
5. Fill out the overlay by the right with the bank account details you want the payments made to or select from your saved beneficiaries.
6. Click 'continue' to complete the transfer as an Admin and Owner or as a Business manager, 'continue' will submit the transfer for approval.
