How to Sell Products from Your Lumi Business Inventory to Customers
As a cashier, sales agent, or customer support representative, understanding the process of selling products to your customers is pivotal. To facilitate seamless transactions, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Sell Sub-module
Begin by navigating to the Sell sub-module, conveniently located on your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the Store for Selling
Click on 'View Store' for the specific store from which you intend to sell. This step will lead you to a comprehensive list of all the items available in the selected store.
Step 3: Choose the Desired Product
To select the item your customer wishes to purchase, you have several options:
Utilize the 'Search Product' function for a quick and precise search.
Navigate through the list of products within the store.
Apply filters to narrow down products by category or segment, as illustrated in the interface.
Step 4: Add Items to the Cart
Add the selected items to the cart, which will appear as an overlay on the right side of your screen. This action compiles the items your customer intends to purchase.
Step 5: Apply Discounts or Delivery Options
If applicable, apply any discounts or delivery preferences according to your customer's requirements.
Step 6: Proceed to Checkout
