How to handle Failed Transactions on Lumi
Failed transactions on the Lumi Rewards platform are not a reason to panic. They can happen for a number of reasons, including poor internet connection. If your transaction fails while you are trying to purchase data, airtime or pay for a utility from your Lumi Naira Wallet or Rewards Wallet, do not worry.
Here is what to do.
Simply send an email to our support team via customerservice@enlumidata.com stating your username and the details of the transaction that failed. Your complaint will be treated with urgency and you will get a response within 12 to 24 hours.
