How to download statement of account on Lumi Business
A statement of account is a document that reflects all transactions in an account that took place within a given period of time
This allows the account holder to see all transactions processed on their account
To download statement of account on Lumi Business:
Login to your lumi business account dashboard
Click payments on the left side of your dashboard
Click transfers from subdivisions under Payments to download the statement of account for all debit transactions in a given period of time
Click transactions from subdivisions under Payments to download the statement of account for all credit transactions in a given period of time
Click statement on the right side of your dashboard
Choose your preferred format for download and select your date range, choose the account and tick the box if you want the statement of account to be sent to your email address
Click download to complete the process
N.B: Only the Owner and Admin can download the statement of account
