Loyalty helps you improve customer retention and convert new customers to returning customers. Here are the steps to follow to create loyalty campaign on Lumi businessStep 1 : Create a Campaign
- To create a campaign, go to the loyalty section and click on the create campaign option,Fill in the campaign name, select your campaign objective, the campaign objective helps you measure the success of your loyalty campaign
Step 2 : Create a Brand
- On the next screen, Enter your brand name, brand identity & description. Please note that your loyalty offers will be published on our audience platform, Lumi rewards. This section helps users on the lumi rewards app know more about your brand. Be sure to sell your brand as much as you can here
Step 3 : Create an Offer
- This is where you clearly describe your offers, enter the offer name, offer description and upload your offer picture, On this page you also have to select your reward type. There are two reward type.Here is how you configure how you want to reward your customers
- Reward per Transactions - This option allows you to reward every payment transaction you receive
- Reward by Transaction Volume - This option allows you to reward payments within a certain transaction thresholds eg transactions between 10,000 and 50,000
