How long does it take to process my payment?

To withdraw money from your account on the Lumi Rewards platform only takes minutes. It is the same for buying airtime or paying for utilities on the platform. You may experience network downtime in some cases, which may cause the transactions to be delayed. If your transaction is not successful within 24 hours, you do not need to worry.

Simply send an email to Customerservice@enlumidata.com and it will be resolved immediately. You can also check your transaction history to find out whether the transaction was successful or not. If the transaction was successful but you did not receive cash or airtime, you can send an email to our customer support team. 

If the transaction failed, your money or Lumi Points will be reverted to your wallet. In the event that you do not get the refund within 24 hours, send an email to Customerservice@enlumidata.com and our support team will ensure that your refund reaches your wallet promptly.
