How do I redeem my Lumi points?
This depends on the level you are on the Lumi Rewards platform. Currently, there are three levels which are Bronze, Silver, and Gold and they all have different levels of benefits. For instance, if you are a Bronze member, you can only redeem your points for airtime.
To redeem your points for cash and other items, you have to take more surveys and refer more people so that you can upgrade to the Silver level. On the other hand, Gold members can redeem their points for cash, airtime, coupons, and even exchange their points for data.
