Once a merchant assigns deliveries to specific riders, the rider receives an email with a list of all the orders they need to deliver. The email contains links to each order with details like delivery address, customer contact, and product information. As the rider completes each delivery, they can mark the order as Delivered or Returned through the Lumi platform. This allows the merchant to track the rider's progress in real-time and ensures customers receive their deliveries on time.
